Easyfit Touch 2 – Training and exercise

Training and exercise

What should I know about training goals?

Training goals are the targets you set yourself when you start using Easyfit Touch 2. Actually, they are the number of steps you take during the day. In fact, steps are behind the development of the goal ladder which you can set on your device. When setting your goals, you can choose from 21 available sports and create your own personal exercise list covering 5 of the 21 available sports. You can decide how much time you want to dedicate to each sport throughout the day. Based on the weight and height information you enter when you first use the app, Easyfit Touch 2 will automatically calculate the amount of calories you’ll burn during exercise. This will give you a complete overview of the calories burned.

How do I find out how much closer I am to my goal?

The app’s “Activity” section will show you the movements you’ve made in real time on an hourly basis. More specifically, you’ll find sessions lasting roughly half an hour each where you’ll be able to see the percentage level of achieving your hourly goal and the calories you’ve burned up to that particular moment for each uploaded sport.

This is the app’s “Activity” section.

Each rosette corresponds to the sports you’ve previously chosen: remember that you can choose up to 5 from a list of 21 sports. In the centre of the screen you can see the total Kcal you will burn if you achieve your goals.

Lastly, below you can see the movements you’ve made every twenty minutes and how much this movement helps towards achieving your daily goal. The achievement level is expressed as a percentage.

How do I set more sports throughout the day?

You can select up to 5 sports from the list of sports uploaded onto the app. Here are the sports you can add:

How do you start training with Easyfit Touch 2

What do I need to know about fitness tracking on the Easyfit Touch 2?

Any training tracked on your device will be displayed under the “Activity” section of your app, where you can see all your exercise information.

Does my Easyfit Touch 2 have a GPS function?

No, the Easyfit Touch 2 does not have this feature.

What is the exercise reminder?

This is a warning you can set to remind you to move if you’re sitting still. We recommend activating this feature as it’s particularly convenient for anyone with a sedentary lifestyle. How does it work? It’s easy: if you haven’t moved for half an hour, you’ll feel your Easyfit Touch 2 vibrate reminding you to move.
